Worry Free Registration: You will receive a full refund if you cancel your registration by May 20, 2025. If the meeting itself is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. See “Conference Cancellation Policy and Fees” below for details.

  • March 1, 2025 - Special discount for past conference attendees who register online (see below for details).

  • April 15, 2025 - Early registration deadline ($50 discount of full registration fees).

$1,045– Past Physician Registrants
$1,025– CHLA staff/alumni
$895– Residents, Retired Physicians and Non-Physicians (NPs, PAs, RNs, etc.)

Special discount for past conference attendees: If you register by March 1, 2025, you are eligible for a $75 discount off the full tuition fees listed above. To be eligible for this discount you must register online and you must have attended one of our three annual Hawaii conferences: Pediatric Potpourri®: State of the Art (winter, Maui), Pediatrics in the Islands … Clinical Pearls (summer) and Aloha Update: Pediatrics® (fall).

Tuition includes:

  • Admission to all lectures and breakout seminars

  • Continental breakfast July 20-25, before morning sessions (registrants only)

  • Paper syllabus (provided onsite at Hyatt Regency Maui)

  • Electronic syllabus (downloadable PDF files available approximately 1 week prior to the conference)

Optional add-on Fees:

Guest Pass for Conference Continental Breakfast

For guest admission to the conference continental breakfast on Sunday, July 20 through Thursday, July 24. The conference continental breakfast is open from 7:00-8:00 am and includes standard continental breakfast items (juice, pastries and coffee/tea) plus fresh fruit (daily) and a varying selection of yogurt, boiled eggs, hot oatmeal and dry cereal.

$230 – per adult/teen (13 and over)
$115 – per child under 12

Cancellation Policy and Fees:

Tuition and/or Guest Pass Cancellations;

Full refund of all fees paid – Up to May 20, 2025
$200 cancellation fee – May 21 - June 20, 2025
No refunds after June 20, 2025

Travel and accommodations reservations may also be subject to cancellation fees.
