Worry Free Registration: You will receive a full refund if you cancel your registration by January 2, 2026. If the meeting itself is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. See “Conference Cancellation Policy and Fees” below for details.

$865 – Residents & Inactive/Retired Physicians (no CME/MOC credit)
Special discount for past conference attendees: If you register by October 1, 2025, you are eligible for a $75 discount off the Full Tuition fees listed above. To be eligible for this discount you must register online and you must have attended one of our three annual Hawaii conferences: Pediatric Potpourri®: State of the Art (February/March, Maui), Pediatrics in the Islands … Clinical Pearls (June/July, Maui/Big Island) and Aloha Update: Pediatrics® (October, Kauai/Maui).
*Non-Physicians note: Any non-physician may register and attend the conference. However, we do want to be clear that the primary target audience for the conference is physicians plus advance practice non-physician clinicians who provide general pediatric care to infants, children and adolescents.
Tuition includes:
Admission to all lectures and breakout seminars
Continental breakfast March 1-5, 2026, before morning sessions (registrants only)
Paper syllabus (provided onsite in Maui)
Electronic syllabus (downloadable PDF files available approximately 1 week prior to the conference)

Guest Pass for Conference Continental Breakfast
For guest admission to the conference continental breakfast on Sunday, March 1 through Thursday, March 5. The conference continental breakfast is open from 7:00-8:00 am and includes standard continental breakfast items (juice, pastries and coffee/tea) plus fresh fruit (daily) and a varying selection of yogurt, boiled eggs & hot oatmeal.

$115 - per child, 12 and under
Cancellation Policy and Fees:
Tuition and/or Guest Pass Cancellations;
Full refund of all fees paid – Up to January 2, 2026
$200 cancellation fee – January 3-30, 2026
No refunds after January 30, 2026
Travel and accommodations reservations may also be subject to cancellation fees.
