Worry Free Registration: You will receive a full refund if you cancel your registration by September 15, 2024. If the meeting itself is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. See “Conference Cancellation Policy and Fees” below for details.

  • June 1, 2024- Special discount for past conference attendees who register online (see below for details).

  • July 15, 2024- Early registration deadline ($50 discount off general registration fees).

General tuition fees

$1,075– Physician
$1,025 – Past Physician Registrants
$1,015 – CHLA staff/alumni and AAP CA District IX, Chapter 2 members
$815 – Residents, Retired Physicians and Non-Physicians (NPs, PAs, RNs, etc.)

Special discount for past conference attendees: If you register by June 1, 2024, you are eligible for a $75 discount off the General Registration fees listed above. To be eligible for this discount you must register online and you must have attended one of our three annual Hawaii conferences: Pediatric Potpourri®: State of the Art (February, Maui), Pediatrics in the Islands … Clinical Pearls (June/July, Maui/Big Island) and Aloha Update: Pediatrics® (October, Kauai/Maui). When you register online, select the appropriate “Previous Attendee” registration type to access your discounted fee.



Tuition includes:

  • Admission to all lectures and breakout seminars

  • Continental breakfast October 27-31 before morning sessions (registrants only)

  • Paper syllabus (provided onsite in Maui)

  • Electronic syllabus (downloadable PDF files available approximately 1 week prior to the conference)



Optional add-on Fees:

Guest Pass for Conference Continental Breakfast

For guest admission to the conference continental breakfast on Sunday, October 27 through Thursday, October 31. The conference continental breakfast is open from 7:00-8:00 am and includes standard continental breakfast items (juice, pastries and coffee/tea) plus fresh fruit (daily) and a varying selection of yogurt, boiled eggs, hot oatmeal and dry cereal.

$202 – per adult/teen (13 and over)
$101 – per child under 12



Conference Cancellation Policy and Fees:

Full refund of all fees paid - Up to September 15, 2024
$200 cancellation fee – After September 15, 2024

  • No post-conference refunds

  • No activity refunds after September 15, 2024

  • No Guest pass refunds after September 15, 2024

  • Note: Travel and accommodations reservations may also be subject to cancellation fees.
