Reservations at our special group rates will open by February 2023 through our travel website - www.PediatricsHawaii.com.
The special group rates for Aloha Update: Pediatrics® participants are:
Resort View: $325/night
Deluxe Ocean View: $375/night
Grand Club (Concierge) Garden View: $475
Ocean Suite: $635/night
These special rates include the Hyatt’s daily resort fee which covers:
Free self-parking
Free internet
Free fitness center admission
Other guest amenities
A value of $40 per day.
The Grand Hyatt Kauai resort fee is complimentary only if you book at our special group rates. Most other quoted rates do not include these add-on fees. If you book outside of our group, you can expect to see these fees added to your bill at check-out.
Occupancy: Rates are valid for one or two adults per room. Maximum occupancy is 4 per room. Children 18 and under are free. Additional adults over 18 are charged a per night fee. Please refer to the travel website for details.
The above rates to not include applicable Hawaii tax. This tax will be added to your final bill at check out.

Rooms may be reserved at our special group rates up to 3 days before and after the above dates subject to availability.
Deposits and Cancellations
A two (2) night deposit is required at time of booking. Deposit is fully refundable if your reservation is cancelled at least 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations from 30 days to 72 hours before arrival will be assessed a one night room and tax charge. Cancellations within 72 hours of arrival will be charged two nights room and tax.
