Dr. Treat’s areas of clinical expertise include acne, atopic dermatitis, allergic contact dermatitis, hemangiomas and vascular malformations, complex medical dermatology and pulsed dye laser therapy for vascular lesions. His research interests are skin infections and hemangiomas.
Dr. Treat is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, Society for Pediatric Dermatology, American Contact Dermatitis Society and the American Academy of Pediatrics among others. He has received numerous teaching awards and holds editorial positions for several academic publications.
