Dr. Kokorowski's research interests include the clinical effectiveness and health services. Current work focuses on comparative effectiveness and cost- effectiveness, quality improvement and evaluation of outcomes.

Dr. Kokorowski's clinical interests include robotic/minimally invasive surgery, congenital adrenal hyperplasia, disorders of sex development, congenital obstruction/obstructive uropathy, complex genitourinary reconstructive surgery, undescended testes, and hypospadias.
